Beat Heroes
There is no doubt that California is one of the most beautiful and historic states in the Union. Over the years it has changed hands between Spain and Mexico, declared its independence, and finally be taken into the United States. However for California to have as much as she does has taken the guidance and hard work of many devoted individuals who have over the years been pushed back into near obscurity by history. Today many of these pioneers of the state are remembered only by those who know about a particular location.
The California Beat would like to take a moment to remember and honor these pioneers of the state and hopefully bring their memories back to light so that everyone will once again know their names.
